The Sales Management
System is designed for flexibility. In this system, the "building blocks"
of the code file are used with customer and inventory information. This
provides the means to obtain specific current market, product and profitability
information that makes the most sense to you - not what a programmer feels
you should have. Using the sort keys and information available, you can
produce reports as summarized, detailed or comparative as desired. Reports
may also highlight "exception" conditions that demand immediate attention.
This approach eliminates unneeded printouts (which are often not read),
and presents facts that allow responsive management action.
The design of this system
encourages specific report generation tailored to you. Information presented
"your way" is an integral part of this system. Below are shown basic reporting
capabilities.
