Surfcrest Resort Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In

Check-In is at the Surfcrest office after 4:00 P.M. on the Friday beginning the week in residence.

Check-In on other days during the allowed week is during normal office hours.

Office Hours vary depending upon the time of year. Check-In outside of these hours can be arranged by calling the office at (360) 289-2157 with your request.

There is a refundable damage deposit of $200 for all guests. Cash, money order or credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted. No personal checks.

Pets are ONLY allowed for owners and their adult children in residence. Pets are defined as cats and dogs only. Pets must be on leash at all times at Surfcrest except inside the unit.

Check-Out

Check-Out is at the Surfcrest office no later than 11:00 A.M. on the departing Friday.

There is a fine for LATE Check-Out of $25 per hour for any hour or part thereof after 11:00 A.M. on the departing Friday.

Check-Out during the allowed week can be at any time during normal office hours.


Before checking out, PLEASE:

Wash, dry and put away all dishes and cooking utensils, including the oven broiler pan.

Empty all trash and garbage into the collection bins located in the parking areas.

Place all soiled linens in a pillow case and leave in the unit. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IN THE SHOWER STALL OR NEAR HEATERS.

Set thermostat at 55 degrees, turn off all lights, lock all doors and return keys to the office.

Use Maintenance Request slips to report problems.


Put all food items in sealed, animal proof containers.

Return all personal items to storage locker.

The following schedule of charges will be applied to the monthly statement of owners failing to observe these Housekeeping rules.

Failure to strip and bag soiled linens $10.00
Failure to properly close down and lock up $10.00
