Welcome to Surfcrest Resort Condominiums
Surfcrest Resort is a timeshare condominium located on the Central Washington coast. It is composed of 54 townhouse style units on almost 30 acres of land between Washington State Highway 109 and the Pacific Ocean. Connor Creek runs through the property providing water activities as well as wetlands.
Surfcrest Resort became the 51st member of Resort Condominiums International (RCI) in1975 and is still a highly traded member allowing ample opportunities for trades around the World.
Onsite activities include: canoeing, horseshoes, volleyball, swimming, clam digging, bird watching, beach combing, trail walking, kite flying and bench sitting. Leisure activities include reading, napping, watching the clouds pass by and talking with friends, neighbors and visitors from around the world.
Wildlife abounds with deer, raccoon, beaver, river otter and squirrels making regular visits. Birders have discovered over 30 different species on the property. Of these are: eagle, swan, ducks, geese, kingfisher, seagull, night hawks, swallows, black birds, cowbirds, finches, sparrows, robins, flickers, woodpeckers, doves, crows, blue jays, grosbeaks, juncos, towhees, pheasant, pelican, etc.
Sunsets can be enjoyed from your private deck or the beach most of the year. Sunsets over the Pacific are frequently spectacular with an occasional “green flash” as the sun drips below the waves.
Feel safe sleeping with your windows and sliders open and the loudest sounds you will hear are the surf, songbirds and frogs in Connor Creek.
Enjoy sunset creek canoeing and have a close encounter with “Beaver Bob” and his family as darkness falls.
Feed the hundreds of songbirds inhabiting the area or the seagulls on the beach.
Walk for miles on the beach without seeing a soul.
Sip coffee, have a meal or get an overall tan on your private deck.
The air you breath last touched land in Japan, Hawaii, Alaska or Siberia – it is the freshest on Earth.
